Mount Maunganui Community Hall was established in 1955 as Mount Senior Citizens Club and renamed in 2020. The Community hall is a meeting place for our community to enjoy coming together.

What's available:


$20 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours per week or a $60 min charge applies to bookings less than 3 hours per week.

When making your booking request, select the time you'd like access to the venue to set up your event, and select the end time when you will be leaving the the venue, giving yourself enough time to pack out and clean venue.

$200 bond, refundable after inspection.

$30 key bond, refundable on return of key.

Things you need to know:

- Booking priority is given to regular community groups
- The Hirer is required to clean the venue after their booking, returning it to the state it was found in.
- If you have used the kitchen, all items are to be cleaned and put back where you found them.
- The Hirer is to remove and dispose of your own rubbish.
- No alcohol is to be brought into or consumed on the premises without the prior express consent of the Hall and if permitted is subject to the Hirer obtaining the necessary liquor licenses required by the Tauranga City Council or other regulatory body.
